1-year limited warranty. Every VIBEVV X1 is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of delivery.

What is covered

• Defective switches, keys, or electronics
• LCD screen failures under normal use
• Bluetooth or USB connectivity defects

What is not covered

• Damage caused by spills, drops, or misuse
• Normal wear and tear
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs

How to claim

Email support@vibevv.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will replace or repair the unit at our discretion.
